Refund policy

  1. Refund Policy for Services: All services offered by eMarketing Genius are non-refundable, as payment is for the service and not for the outcome. The company cannot guarantee any specific results from the services provided, as results can vary based on a number of factors beyond the control of eMarketing Genius. Therefore, all payments made for services are final and non-refundable.

  2. Subscription-Based Services: Subscription-based services offered by eMarketing Genius can be cancelled at any time up to 10 days before the delivery of the digital good or service. No refunds will be issued for any services that have already been provided, delivered or for any payments made within or past the 10-day cancellation period.

  3. Digital Goods: All digital goods sold by eMarketing Genius are non-refundable and paid in advance. This includes but is not limited to digital downloads, e-books, and other digital products. All payments made for digital goods are final and non-refundable.

  4. Chargebacks: In the event that a customer disputes a charge made by eMarketing Genius, the company reserves the right to dispute the chargeback and seek reimbursement for any fees or costs associated with the dispute. Any customers found to be filing fraudulent chargebacks may be subject to legal action.

  5. Changes to Refund Policy: eMarketing Genius reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be posted on the company website and will apply to all future transactions.
